George Bush received a more than warm welcome in Albania - a former stalinist communist country - muslim too. Does anyone have an explanation ?

Not everybody in the world is an America-hating leftist kook.

Some folks, like in the former Soviet bloc, have first-hand experience with evil dictatorial thugs. And they see that Dubya ain't one.

And they see that America is spending its own blood and treasure to free the people of a country from tyranny. Just like America did for the countries in the former Soviet bloc.

And they haven't been propagandized by commie liberals into thinking that up=down, black=white, and good=bad.

well americans were the first to save muslims from the christians who were performing genocide on muslims during the kosovo war so since then america is more than welcome in albania any time

The Republican Party of Albania is alive and well. Bush saw that first hand when he was accosted by the groups of groping onlookers, who turned out to rub his gray hair for luck. They reported he reminded them of Enver Hoxha, their former beloved dictator.
