You can also try a corset. I am sure you can find alot of information on this if you google it Search corset for weight loss or corset for smaller stomach. At one point I used one and since you are in a corset for some reason you naturally lose your appetite. When you do eat you will eat smaller meals. Try it, it works if you are consistent with it, which of course I got tired of the hassle after two weeks. Hope this helps, when I first found out about this it was a AHA moment

First you need to drink A LOT of water.It helps with being full so you dont get as hungry,plus cleans your system out.The first bit of weight you lose will be water gain.You will pee ALL the time but thats what you want!!

Try eating just a little.Once you do,your stomach will shrink.And over time you wont be able to eat much anyway.

Im no Dr or know how old you are but Wellbutrin is often prescribed for weight loss.I take that for depression and to help lose weight.Im also hypothyroid and take meds.

Eat smaller meals through out the day. Do Pilate's, push ups, set up, pull up any exercise to flatten the stomach. No sugar, white flour, white rice, No McD. no fast food. It's hard but you can do it.. Usually what you eat is what makes your stomach bigger..so eat healthy only...no cakes, sodas, french fries you get it. Right?? This is a life style not a diet...

eat on small plates, and drink a loy of water throughout the day. Eat a lot of fruit, and cut out all fast food. Carrots are very low calorie as well. I heard that smelling vanilla extract decreases hunger as well, though I've never tryed it. Take small portions, and only eat until you no longer feel hungry. Theres no reason to feel full. try eating healthy food in smaller amounts instead of 3 main meal eat 6 smaller ones and you re stomach will shrink accordingly also exercise crunches etc

I think the best way not to over eat and feel full is to drink a full glass of water half hour before eating. Worked for me. I ate smaller portions and lost weight

I dont think there is a natural way. What I did was got on Phetermine from my dr. and I have lost 30 lps in 2 and a half months. It doesnt hurt you. It gives you energy and makes you very thirsty and takes away your appetitie.
