I hate all stereotypes. I wish people could recognize people for their individual uniqueness and focus on their own gifts. The stereotypes I hate the most are about race and religion, but I also hate stereotype against diabetics. I am not a needle-freak, I do not use illegal drugs. I do not give out insulin syringes, and yes, it is insulin I inject! People are cruel and heartless when it comes to things they don't understand. People stereotype diabetics because they don't know what it is like to deal with the things we do. We don't enjoy carrying a stash of needles whereever we go. Black people don't enjoy being called the Nword, what did the black community do to deserve that? And not all Jews are cheap. I know a lot of cheap people, don't focus on the Jewish religion. Think back to the Holocaust, it is pretty shallow to call a person who had NOTHING not even a name, cheap. When people begin to grow up and understand the bigotness of stereotypes, the world will turn so much more happily.

Here's an odd one: "All men are Dogs."

I get so sick of hearing this from women. The dogs make us all look bad because so many women line up for their abuse. Meanwhile guys who don't cheat, have jobs and want to help raise their own kids with a good woman rarely get the time of day.

Sourgrapes? Not really. After my first wife dumped me, I went through a period where i was rude to all women. I never had more women dating me in my life. The more cynical I became, the more women jumped my bones which made me more cynical. And proved my point.

BTW: I got over it and got married again.

I hate them all, but for me it's always been the Oreo stereotype. I'm black, and I was always picked on in school for "acting white", whatever in the hellz that means. I dont think you can act like an entire race of people. I am just who I am, and of course once I matured and realized that I just told them to flip off, and now I am in peace :)

im not sure if this would fall under stereotype, but i hate it when people assume that the black man will jump you before the white man. im white, and the way i see it - you dont have to be a specific color to rob someone or murder someone. a guy whiter than i am could rob me, for all i know. your skin color doesnt make you a criminal, its your intentions and lack of heart that makes you who you are.

i hate steretypes...they are pointless, but yet i always feel like i have to disprove them:

i hate the stereotype that black people don't tip at restaurants or are cheap...this makes me feel like i always have to tip more than what my food was worth or even if the service/food wasnt good...like the other day, i had a $6 lunch and tipped $4! that is more than half of my food! so sad, but it is like this EVERYTIME i go out to eat...i guess that is a sign that i shouldn't eat out :D

That fat people are lazy. We all know that fat people are healthy, energetic people who have a problem with food entering their mouths by itself. The chairs at my office could certainly accommodate someone who weighs 350 pounds.
