I think it was a little known Dutch guy called Peter Van Stroogle. He was born with no arms but through determination he learned to play with his toes. He may not have been the best but I'd like to see some of the other greats play with their toes as well as he did. The tragedy is he developed severe athletes foot and has had to give up playing. Hopefully they will find a new treatment and he will come back stronger than ever, a very brave man.
