i just woke up from a nap 1h ago and feel like crap

Sorry. Actually I feel pretty good after taking an unplanned nap. Every now and then I Zzz off for about an hour while just sitting watching TV, going thru the mail or reading. I'm glad I don't wake up with a stiff neck.

Yes, I have... I always feel like I wasted the day just taking a nap. I mean, you sleep during the night anyways, why take a nap? Better to enjoy life while you can!

Sometimes, it depends on how long of a nap it was. If it was a short nap then I feel fine. If it was a long nap then yes, I feel like crap. I'll get a head ache and feel groggy for hours.

Thats because when you nap it makes your blood flow in a different way away from your head giving you a headache and making you feel like crap

Yes I do if it takes the place of what should be a longer period of sleep. Usually an hour nap is just the thing to keep me going though.

You're right. I knew a guy that would pull over at a rest stop and take a 10 minute power nap. It takes me 30 minutes and medication just to fall asleep!

yes....you feel all strange after a nap...I do anyway! Ugh it is a horrible feeling. But one time I took a nap w/o having lunch and I was fine after.

yes. If your nap is longer than 20 min , you will feel like crap.

The ideal, energizing nap , should be 5-15 minutes.

also , Excersize and cold showers give lots of energy!

Sometimes. I think its because we either have napped too long or just don't need to nap.

Sometimes. That just means the nap wasn't enough and I probably need more sleep or that you just haven't fully waken up anymore.
