I couldn't find a specific time, but I found this:
"The breeding season of corn snakes is from March to May. The snakes are oviparous, depositing a clutch of 10 to 30 eggs in late May to July. "
So I'm guessing they carry the eggs for about 2 to 4 months...check the website for more information :)

I was informed by a snake breeder that usually it takes up to 30 days for the females to drop the eggs. Some hold on to them longer than that but for the most part the average is 30 days. THEN it takes about another 2 months for them to hatch. Oh and keep your incubater around 82ish F. It's a nice temp to get both sexes.

Just to clarify some mis-information in a couple posts. The gender of snakes is genetically determined at fertilization.
Snakes do not have temperature dependent sex determination. This has been found only in crocodilians, some lizards and also turtles.

After mating they carry them for about eight weeks and then lay them. After laying they hatch between 6 and 8 weeks but can take as long as twelve, depending on conditions like temperature, etc.
