No.

A priest cannot repeat anything told him as part of a confession.

The Code of Canon Law states: The sacramental seal is inviolable; therefore it is absolutely forbidden for a confessor to betray in any way a penitent in words or in any manner and for any reason.

Violation of the seal of confession results in immediate excommunication of the priest.

Priests may discuss things in general terms. One priest said that hearing the confessions of second graders is like getting bombarded with cotton balls.

With love in Christ.

Yes they do. Not all confessions and not all the details, but they do discuss many.

Mostly done at the end of the day over a glass of wine (many glasses???)

I actually spent a little time with a friend and we visited the priests and they discussed alot of things over many glasses of wine (we did this several times). Few confessions were mentioned when we were in attendance but I got the hint that they did discuss some of the more interesting ones.

They do not. There's what's called the "Seal of the Sacrament" or "Seal of Confession". That is, the priest is bound by a vow NEVER to reveal one's sin and/or sinner's identity, even when the priest's silence may result in his death.

The Seal is necessary for the sake of the Sacrament. If people felt their sins would become public information, no one would go to Confession.
