why do u think people follow rules?. Is it because they are scared to be fined or arrested . or it is because a moral thing as they know right and wrong. I mean if we dont have rules, are we gonna see people respect each others, follow driving rules ....etc.

Rules teach us, they keep harmony & make life more at peace. Just think if we did not have rules what this world would be like. Who knows what people would do & some of those people don't care so they do break the rules and by doing so cause havic, hurt, confusion, etc etc. Look at this way: With rules the word is a better place, without rules the world is a disaster!

Most people are smart enough to know that without rules, we set back civilization a couple million years. We need rules for stability in our economy, government, and social life.
