I like my scorpios cuz no matter how they hide their feelings I can always know em and even worse (for them) i can make them tell me. Most would prolly not appreciate that character but I do and they do too! What about scorpios that I just can't take - they are ALL or NOTHING people! Arrrrgghhhhh hard to talk sense to them sometimes.

All that means is what house in the natal chart does you sun occupy And to know that you need to know what time you were born. Generally - because DST can sometimes bump it over one house)Born between noon and 2 pm, your sun is in the 9th house of your chart. 2 to 4, the 8th house: 4 to 6, the 7th house: 6 to 8 the 6th house; 8 to 10 the 5th house; 10 to midnight, the 4th house; Midnight to 2 am, the third house of your chart; 2 am to 4 am the second house; 4 am to six am, the first house of your chart, or what's called your ascendant (rising sign). That's all it means.
Sun in each house operates differently.
11/11/89 means you were born on a Saturday. Sun is approximately 19 degrees Scorpio.
Venus is 6 capricorn
Mercury is 19 or 20 degrees Scorpio, depending on your time of birth and place
Moon is either late degree of Aries, or early Taurus.
Saturn is 10 Capricorn
Jupiter is 10 Cancer
Mars is either 4 or 5 degrees Scorpio - again depends upon time of birth and place
Uranus 2 degrees capricorn approximately 56 minutes of arc
Neptune 10 Capricorn 19
Pluto approximately 15 Scorpio
North node in 21 Aquarius
So if you know your time of birth, then you can put all these planets in the houses they belong. Hope that helps.

Most Western astrological systems divide the horoscope into a number (usually twelve) of houses whose positions depend on time and location rather than on date. According to astrological theory, celestial phenomena reflect or govern human activity on the principle of 'as above, so below'. In astrological terms, therefore, the houses of the horoscope represent different spheres of life, described in terms of physical surroundings as well as personal life experiences. The placement of a planet or zodiac sign in a house will determine to a large degree the area of life in which it acts, and the goals and activities on which its drive or impulse will be focused
