How do I fix problem when printing photos or memo it come out yellow?

When I print anything including photos, it come out yellow. The picture face is yellow and background is yellow. Although hair is dark and letters..I cannot understand what happen..So, if you can help please give me information on how to fix..Thank you.

try to check if your ink still full. you may go to control panel, click printer, then right click your default printer properties then print test page. You will see if your printer is properly installed or if you still have enough ink to print those pictures. hope this helps.

It has never happened for me, maybe it's empty, but my pprinter dosn't do that. You should ask a person who sells or knows about them, or just get a new one :)
