That's a good question. According to the classic essay by Larry Niven (Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex) Lois could have a baby with an ear of corn easier than she could have a bay with Superman -- he's an alien and the genes just won't match, no matter how much they love one another!
(So, Superman making love to anybody other than a Kryptonian woman is not so much performing gay acts, but performing bestiality.)
But let's say it's possible for the sake of keeping the comic book sales going. Superman has the human form, every attribute is caused by a gene, so we can say that if he has all the human attributes and no inhuman attributes (like a tail, or flippers) then he has all the right genes.
But he has those pesky super powers....
What does Superman have that he can have super powers? Is it extra chromosomes? If that's the case, Lois (or Wonder Woman, or whomever else) is out of luck. Her chromosomes won't match up with his, no kid.
If he's made out of 'super' atoms (like neutronium, which would suck the whole Earth in by its gravitational field) then we have the same problem. (plus a lot more problems.)
Maybe Superman's powers are only caused by additional bits of DNA connected to the chromosomes (like the DNA symbol in the Heroes tv show.) Then he could conceviably (no pun intended) have a child with a woman, BUT! the child would only have half the extra Kryptonian bits, and would not have full powers.
If the powers are dominant traits, then the child will have powers. If the powers are not dominant traits, if they are recessive, then you have to wait a few generations to get a lot of descendants and then breed them together to get the recessive genes to combine. So Superman's son or daughter would not have super powers. His great-grandson or -daughter might.
Wonder Woman has her own share of problems. She wasn't born as a human being, you know. She was originally a clay statue of a baby girl, made by Queen Hippolyta of Amazon Isle and brought to life by Zeus, or someone. (You get the idea that Hippolyta felt her biological clock running down, and since men weren't allowed on the island, she finally figured out what a raw deal being the Queen was.)
So, Wonder Woman was brought to life by magic. Now, in the comcs, 'magic' means, "I don't know how it works, but it's awfully convenient!"
Even if she was brought to life magically, DC has never bothered to check into the important issues: does she have internal organs the way natural women do...? (We can all see her external attributes. I'm sure there are a lot of adolescent boys out there who would love to be her little baby.)
It's 'implied' without being stated, that if a man ever had sexual relations with a Amazon, she would lose her super strength, etc. Doesn't make sense to me, either, but then hey! What do I know?
So would Wonder Woman lose her super power if Superman knocked her up? And so we're back to Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex: the baby kicks its way out of her and kills them both.
Personally, I would like to think that she would NOT lose her super strength, etc; that Superman would be 'worthy' as Captain America was once 'worthy' to pick up Thor's hammer. (That's just an analogy, don't try to take it too far.)
One of my favorite scenes in the old Squadron Supreme limited 12 issue mini-series was with Hyperion and Power Princess (clones of YOU KNOW WHO). In the course of medical examinations, the doctors had learned that he was not a super alien, as he always believed (and that's why he never married his old girlfriend from the newspaper) that he was a super MAN (get the hint?) and that they could have children. Power Princess, by the way, was human, only her people were artificially evolved by the Kree, or some such.
Bottom line: can they? I think they can. Will they...? Only their editors know for sure.
Like it says in the preamble to the Declaration of Independance, "When, in the event of human intercourse...."

Yes.
In the Elseworlds Graphic Novel "Kingdom Come"..this happens. (At the end of the story; sorry I gave a bit of it away, but it has been around for over 10 years now).
Superman is a humanoid; an alien with very human like qualities and features.
Wonder Woman is a woman, created from magic clay and magic.
Superman has a weakness against magic, yet I suspect this would work in Wonder Woman's favor.
No ordinary human would be able to carry Kal-El's offspring. The human female would die during the first tri-mester due to the kicking in the womb.
Only Wonder Woman would be physically able to carry Superman's offspring.
I think Supes and Wonder Woman should have gotten hitched by now; I hate Lois Lane.

Well neither of them are "human" Superman is an alien and Wonder Woman, depending on the origin you go with, was created by the Gods.
But not only did it happen in Kingdom Come, it also happened in Dark Knight 2. Twice!

According to Frank Miller and Mark Waid they can. Both have written stories in which the two have had a child. Miller's The Dark Knight Strikes Again and Waid's Kingdom Come.
