The phrase "ProChoice" vs "ProAbortion" is the greatest example of double speak, spin and the use of a euphemism since the government changed the name of The War Department to the Department of Defense.
After all - isn't everyone for people to have freedom of choice?

Again, murder only applies to human life, not the life of a fetus. A fetus is not given the same protection under the law as an actual, living human. Take some classes in biology, or are you afraid of "evils" like facts and evidence?
EDIT:
Hey Kelsey H, are you capable of reading? I did say "life of a fetus." Did you ever go to class? If you had gone, you would have learned how to actually read and that a fetus is not the same thing as a living human. Once it reaches a certain stage it is considered a living human, but until then, it's not. Now, go back to school and try actually learning something for once.

Women that have abortions don't WANT to have an abortion. Abortions need to remain legal so that women are do not have to abort the fetus themselves or by some crazy person trying to make money. Preventing unwanted pregnancy through education and making birth control affordable and available to all would reduce abortion rates and save women from having to make this difficult decision. No one is pro-abortion.

Better question is, when dealing with a life-or-death choice, shouldn't the one doing the living or dying also be the one doing the choosing?
Yeah, give me thumbs down, I don't care.
Um, Seattlefan? You ARE alive and human before you are born. Where the hell did you take your biology class? Please educate yourself. This is a good place to start- http://www.sfuhl.org/g_what_has_science_shown.htm

An abortion against a woman's rights is a violation of her body and thus assault. In that case it is certainly not the woman's choice. If that were the case it would be called assault.
The highest court in the land has held up the validity of the legality of abortion.

It is only assault, even in your example, because the law does not see the fetus as an individual human being, thus it cannot be murdered. You cannot consider a fetus living in some instances and not living in other instances as this would be a serious inconsistency in the law.

Actually if you kill a baby before it is born it is considered murder in many states. Except of course if you are the mother and/or her Dr.

Because a fetus is not legally a person. Therefore an involuntary abortion is an assault on the mother. It is murder if the woman dies. Not many cases of involuntary abortions happening anyway. If there are any please site the source.

I've never heard of anyone getting an abortion without wanting it.
Why do we spend time quibbling about the most ridiculously unlikely cases of an unimportant topic when thousands of actual people are dying from starvation, wars, etc.?
