It's for safety reasons that they're designed that way.

Your Blinker Fuild Is Low... And Your Muffler Bearings Might Be Going Out.

Your windshield isn't supposed to go up or down, neither is your back window. Only the side windows open.

If you mean your side window, you have a blown fuse, bad switch, or bad motor.

Maybe you need to change the air in your tires?
