Maybe all have a science-fiction explanation, but definitely not a scientific explanation. Some examples that science can't explain: vampires that are actually dead people whose bodies can function for eternity, superheros that can fly or make spider webs, or turn into another type of being; warewolves., etc.

it depends on wheter or not you are writing a science fiction story.

it aslo depends on your own beleifs, religious or otherwise.

your question has scientific merit.
