I am trying to buy a MacBook. And am ready to switch from a PC to a Mac.

It is A Gateway MX6214. It is Less than 1 yr. old. Only about 9 months. It has only been used Very Lightly. The Power cord will be included.

I would type in your model on Ebay. Even just go through other Gateways that are on there now. You should also search 'completed auctions' to see what people who actually bought something paid for the computer. Depending on how big your monitor is, you are going to get slammed on shipping, so you might only want to offer 'local pickup', then you can get the most for your computer. MacBooks are awesome. I hope you are able to get enough money together. Go for the MacBook Pro if you can swing it. I take mine everywhere.

Probably not too much. Even though its less than a 1 year old, the technology was old the minute you took it out of the door of the store. So, you can try to sell it through ads in the paper, but I would get whatever you can get for it.

Go to eBay and type in your computer model number. That should be a good indicator. Try putting yours on eBay.
