Please don't give me the names of contests that ask for fees. Whether or not it is specifically for teens doesn't matter. I can write short stories, stories, and essays. I don't have much experience in writing plays or poems, but please include them anyway if possible. I'm a high school student if that helps. Whether or not the deadline is over doesn't matter. Research papers or how ____ has changed my life aren't exactly my strong points.

I already know about the

Could you include the policies regarding submitted work if possible?

If you include the link that directly leads to the page on how the requirements and how to enter, that would be helpful.

go to your local library. they should have tons of contests for you. if they don't they usually have an email list. that means if they do hear about a writing contest, they'll email or contact you in some way.

you could always ask your teachers. teachers should have plenty of contests they've heard of!

call me a hormone crazed lady, yet I constantly desire romance interior the novels I study. however the books I study are not those which thoroughly *concentration* on the romance like Twilight or The Wolves of Mercy Falls. while that occurs, i will no way study the e book. yet while it extremely is a sci-fi or fable novel and the romance is like an element tale, it extremely is great. The Mortal tool sequence (Cassandra Clare), Hex corridor sequence (Rachel Hawkins), Inheritance Cycle (Paolini), Percy Jackson sequence (Rick Riordan), Graceling sequence (Kristin Cashore), optimal experience sequence (James Patterson), 2d hazard summer season (Morgan Matson), Shadow and Bone (Leigh Bardugo), The Goddess try (Aimee Carter) are great examples. those books are not approximately 2 celeb crossed enthusiasts and such crap. it is with regard to the characters having to be solid and all and coping with their emotions for different characters in a mature way. useful romance, of you will. Books like Spellbound by potential of Cara Lynn Shultz, the Lux sequence and the Covenant sequence by potential of Jennifer Armentrout, Twilight, Vampire Academy and such have a plot which extremely centers on the romance and relationship between the main protagonists. it extremely is fantastic for some human beings yet no longer me. i'm truthfully no longer into books which extra or much less characteristic intercourse scenes and teenager make out instructions and all. besides fable novels, you have books approximately teenage self discovery and such with have a solid ethical message. in basic terms hear, the actuality approximately constantly, Lock and Key by potential of Sarah Dessen as an occasion. i've got in basic terms began examining such books and that i'm not sure in the event that they're my element yet.
