I really want to know where Aboriginal people came from since we all know that the white people came to Canada from Europe, we never really are taught where the first people who lived there came from?(The Aboriginals) I am guessing asia but i could be wrong

In the last ice age 12,000 years ago, they crossed over from Asia, down through Alaska, and then spread out through the whole of the Americas.

It is very difficult to tell this because written history doesn't go back this far. That is probably why you were never taught the answer. The other reason is is that to many it has to do with religion. If religious you may believe that god spread people out to his will. If you are not and you believe in evolution/Pangaea/tectonic plates (which i do) then you may believe that we were all earlier stages of human-hood. Perhaps not even primates yet. Pangaea broke up and we all evolved differently so therefore they have been there since the beginning of humans... matter of opinion cause no one can prove it one way or the other.

Like all of us, they descend from a small group of Modern Humans (**** Sapiens) that emigrated from Africa to Asia. But their ancestors turned to the right towards Siberia, and crossed over to America. The only discussion is if they used a landbridge that existed between Siberia and Alaska, used boats, or both.

genetics tell us there were probably two waves of early immigrants (from different areas of asia). But it's still beeing debated, as far as i know.
