American Taxi - I use them all the time. They have flat rates to all the suburbs. Order by phone or you will get a Chicago taxi that charges 50% extra for suburban trips.

According to the RTA site there is no service from ORD to DuPage Airport or the Baker Hotel in St. Chas. There may be public transportation however. Go to the following site and insert exact destination address:

There is a shuttle bus from O'Hare to Pheasant Run Resort on North Avenue in St. Charles.
