If you're under a Japanese government and you committed what they thought was treason, say, telling secrets to other governments or something like a leak, what would the punishment for that crime be?

Japanese are quite rough when it comes to applying laws and regulations, but most avoid those traps...
Also, if you leak a very sensitive information, then you must know that the Japanese government is in fact a corporated government, where official are under the patronnage of the members of the Black Dragon society... Which in turn have links with the Yakuza... So whatever you do to annoyed them, they could find a way to reach you... But if you goes public, they will not do anything, as it will prove you right. Japanese are a little like Chinese in politics, its all about face. If you can manage a way around this, then you`ll be ok...
