With fake kindness and hidden insults, so people don't think they're bad, while at the same time showing everyone who's superior. Example:
Snob 1: Hello! How's your new wife? I don't see her, has she left you yet?
Snob 2: (laughs fakely) No, not yet. How's your restaraunt you got from "the family". The Health Department hasn't shut you down yet, I pray?
