So far, 28 Weeks Later. Hostel 2 does look good... But that's more "gorey" than "scary."
I hear tell that a new George Romero zombie movie is coming out this year... If and when it comes out, that will probably get my vote. Nothing is scarier than zombies!!!

none so far, i expected more from hostel 2 but again i was disappointed! maybe later this summer we can have better scary movies!
