I have some old currency from Brazil and it's been sitting around collecting dust. I never knew how much it was really worth because I use to collect currency when I was little. Can anyone tell me if I can exchange them?????

Brazil has remonetized repeatedly over the last 20 years. The current currency unit is the Real. All previous banknote issues have been demonetized and are no longer redeemable. They still make interesting collectibles, though.

It's something special because it came from your grandfather after that old bibles are a dime a dozen and have little resale value.

wow cruzados are REALLY old...
i don't think you can exchange them. and inflation was extremely high back when cruzados were used, so they wouldn't be worth much anyway.
