It would take 20 years to give all the prisoners there a fair trail. Hillary would probably just end up releasing them because of the cost of giving them a regular trial.
Just to let you know the rights afforded to us the Constitution only apply to American citizens. The Geneva convention only applies to prisons captured in uniform fighting for a regulated army (which has also signed on to the convention). One of the reason for the convention was to prevent soldiers from dressing as civilians.
