yea caca bell (as we affectionately call it lmao) gives me big time cramps but there's a local place that also sells tacos but rolled ones with excessive cheese and spicy or mildly spicy tomatoe-y sauce called Chico's Tacos now that one hates my tummy! But yes I agree Taco Bell is not the $hit but contributes to them lol

I have never had an upset stomach from a fast food place. I believe you may be eating too quickly. People who do experience that effect usually are eating too fast. Studies into that subject show that folks who eat quickly don't receive the signal from their brains that they are full, so they eat much more than they need. Try slowing down the way you eat and you might find yourself feeling much better. Food poisoning does not occur right after a meal, and is very serious. Some people die from it.

I can eat almost any of these restaurants except for Arby's! Everything I have tried there no matter what feels like something is stabbing me in the stomch later! Good food but I just don't even try anymore.
