Jeff Richards (comedian) (born 1974), on both Saturday Night Live and MADtv
Josh Meyers appearances on MADtv on FOX aired directly opposite his brother Seth's appearances on Saturday Night Live on NBC. This was noted on a season 28 episode of Saturday Night Live, where Seth appears on Weekend Update to talk to his dad and tells his dad to turn off MADtv (where his brother was hired at the time).

To my knowledge no. But Damon Wayans who was a cast member of "In Living Color" started off on SNL and was fired for doing his impersonation of a Gay Cop (which later turned into his character Blane from Men on Films). Jim Carey auditioned for SNL but was turned down.

There were some cast members of SNL who came from or went on to other sketch comedy shows.
Most notably:
Damon Wayans went on to 'In Living Color'
Ben Stiller went on to 'The Ben Stiller Show'
Janeane Garofalo came from 'The Ben Stiller Show'
Martin Short came from 'SCTV'
As far as I know, no one from MadTV went on to SNL or vise-versa.

No, but Seth Meyers is on SNL and his brother Josh Meyers is on Mad TV (he was also on the last season of That 70's Show).

Don't think so. I think people have "hosted" both, however.
btw, SNL > Mad TV. : )
