they said my proccessing date is 6/10/2007 (today)...how soon can I expect the check if it's coming by 1st class mail? I already know all the penalties, etc...

By law they will withhold a flat 20% unless you specifically asked them to withhold more. That is NOT the actual amount of penalties and taxes, it is just the withholding amount set by law.
The post office is closed today (Sunday). That means the earliest the check can be mailed is Mon, June 11. Depending on where it is mailed form and where you are, you could receive the check Tues, or it could take up to a week. If you do not receive it by Fri., I recommend contacting someone to be sure it was mailed.

A personal check will take up to 7-10 days. They may have already deducted the under 59 1/2 penalty, but if not, keep 10% aside for the IRS. Good luck getting another job, sweetie!

It usually comes within a week, at least ours did.
