I am using an old Ford probe 1995. When I turn the steering wheel sometimes it feels hard to turn but it is power steering. It has power steering fluid also so I am not sure if it is the power steering pressure hose or is it with the wheel.

SAFTY FIRST- Take it to the dealer or local repair shop.Sounds like a power steering rack or the pump is having a problem.

Check your hose thats number one, when the car is on do you hear any squeeling? If so try to isolate it whether if you have a immenit bearing failure in your water pump and (or) your power steering pump. Also make sure your power steering pump bracket which attaches it to the block is tight. Check your belt and make sure it is tight, put your thumb on the belt if you can push it down further than your fingernail then the belt is loose. If the pump does fail, it is a safety factor since you are not accomadated to manual steering, it can be really stressful and hard for non experienced. Hope this helps you.
