We have this Lizzard that can be annoying when you try to sleep, it makes these weird noises at night for about a minute then it stops and it'll do it a few times during the night.

Any idea what it is?

It sorta sounds like those fake aligators you squeeze and it squeeks

A post bellow says it might be a "drangulon" but I cannot find any information on that online

Maybe it's a gecko. Some geckos make noises. Does it have suction cups on it's toes that allow it to walk to on walls and glass? If so, it's probably a gecko.

I had a Tokay Gecko when I was a teenager, he made barking sounds.

It's a Tokay Gecko. They are indigenous to Southeast Asia and can get quite large. They are one of the most common geckos sold in pet stores (and the largest). Problem is is that they are not very docile and tend to bite when handled, therefore people dispose of them by just putting them outside. They do well in Florida's climate (I am from Florida) and now they are actually breeding everywhere. I have seen Tokay's in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia while living in those countries. If you can, catch it by the neck, take it somewhere else and be careful, they are stronger than they look and have a nasty bite. The sound they make is a territorial call. If you listen carefully you may hear other Tokays' calls in the distance, They are like roosters, once one crows, the others answer back. Sounds like he's still fairly small if he is making sqeaky sounds. When they get larger, the pitch deepens. Most pet stores won't even take them for free, as after living outside in a foreign country, they may have picked up mites. You could give him to a friend who likes reptiles or put him in the newspaper ads for free.

If you're SURE it's a lizard making the noises, it's some type of gecko.
There is no such thing as a Drangulon. Sorry.

That's a native Floridian reptile called a "drangulon," it is fierce but harmless, it mostly just eats pieces of wood and rock. If you go to your local pet store or city hall they can give you some drangulon repellent.
