yes, my neighbor. i am not exaggerating when i say he litteraly expects the whole neighborhood to be silent when he is relaxing or sleeping. he has yelled at people for walking down the street and talking because he was trying to relax. yelled at me onday for sneezing.( he was on the phone outside) i cant stand the guy. the landlord wants to kick him out, but she cant. so she is waiting for him to do one wrong thing, then he is out. lol
