The answer which copied directly from the rhymezone.com entry included many words that are probably quite unusable for you.
That web site and others like it CAN BE very helpful in compiling a list of POSSIBLE rhymes. But you need to know something about what they include in those lists. Fortunately, each of the words in the list is linked to a page with further information, sometimes a dictionary entry, so you can easily check them out.
If you follow the links for each of the words in the rhyme-list for "girl" (and perhaps do some searches on a site like "dictionary.com"), you will discover that MANY of the words are ONLY used as personal names (mostly last names), and mostly RARE ones at that (very unlikely to be useful if you're working on a poem) . In this particular list there is also one that is an acronym (ERL).
That should leave you with about a dozen usable rhymes:
common words (most useful):
* curl, earl, hurl, pearl, swirl, twirl, whirl, whorl unfurl
unusual words:
* burl, merl, perle
