Wise@sses, idiots and losers aike all get them from me. Even if I have to grant them 10 points, I go the extra step and scold them for making such idiotic answers.

Nope. Why on earth would you give them a higher "best answer percentage?".

I do remark on people answers sometimes, particularly when they are way off base.

I do that by "adding details" to my question and addressing them directly. Sometimes, they do wuss out and delete their answer. But that doesn't bother me.

I also add comments sometimes after questions have been resolved. I doubt many people read them, but it still gives some satisfaction.

No and I don't mean to question your methods, but aren't you still rewarding them for saying something stupid? I mean a scolding message does allow them to see how retarded what they said was, but in the end they just delete it and move on. They still have your 10 points and haven't learned a thing.

No, not yet - I usually choose what I agree with or what I think is the actual best answer available for the question, otherwise I would let other people choose the answer for me so it won't be my fault in the long run.

You don't have to do that to direct a remark at them. You can add it to the 'additional details' of your question. Or you can send them a message. Are you really that concerned with what someone said that you need to make sure they see your response? You are only sending them a message of approval for their negative behavior and adding to their rating by doing this.

No. I give it to the deserved best answer and if they are all bad I pick the best out of the bunch. I have had a user pick my answer as best only to say how much they disagreed with it. Just pick the answer that you agree with.

No, because I want to encourage good answers with giving them points. If you reward the idiots, you will just get increasingly idiotic answers.

Hahahaha. I agree, or maybe I get lucky, and I can email them. I argued with this woman for like three days because of her bonehead answer.

Ive been tempted, but...no. I do wish there was a way to reply to their answers without giving them points.

Never. I always give the best answer points to the best answer.
