i was called "baby cakes" by some jerk on the street, while walking with my friends. All i did was look at him, and rolled my eyes.

Well considering he is a stranger that you may never see again then you shouldn't have done much more. No reason to waste your time and energy on someone who doesn't matter.

You should have come up to him and asked him why he called you that or just slapped him in the face. BUT you were mature and you left the situation so you did well.
