i dont think it is..ppl are too cyber these days they need to get over it...its just caps ...i guess the saying should be sticks and stones may break my bones but caps hurt my feelings!

From the earliest days of BBS's all caps was considered to be the online form of Yelling..... Yelling at people is considered rude.
