I need more! ha.
Actually, if you've ever been to Mall of America (I live in MN) it's pretty crazy. Not only are they expanding it and making it bigger, but some stores will have (or already do have) 2-3 locations of the SAME STORE in the Mall, just on different levels and everything. How crazy!

We need one more around here. No, wait... we still don't have a Target. So, I guess, we still need two more. No, wait... Vermont won't allow WalMarts. So we need to pave Vermont and make it the parking lot for all the other shopping centers that we're going to surround it with (in preparation for a mass shopping center attack on all the heathens of Vermont). We'll use their maple syrup to pave Maine too.

Supply and demand. If one is being built, it's because it can make money which means someone thinks they need it.

Ummm... NO. Have you seen mid-Missouri lately? Square dances and circle-jerks are not good forms of entertainment.
