Blapath, that is not near love, that is a money issue. Real caring is not about love, don't you know that?

I think true Love can last forever if you are with that special person

No, I don't think it is rare at all. But, in order to really understand, you have to go deeper than this physical reality. Also, if you are one of those who think that we are our bodies, and that this lifetime is the only one we get, then you can never understand how love can sometimes have the appearance of not lasting, when in ultimate reality is has gone one forever, and will continue forever. You can never second guess the soul's true agenda, and appearances can be deceiving! If you feel a really strong soul/psychic connection with someone, even if things don't seem to work out in this reality, then you can be sure that the love between you has been forever, in some capacity, and that both your souls have just chosen to experience things a different way this time. I don't expect you to be able to understand what I am saying here, unless you have a background in New Age thought. But, maybe I will be able to peak at least one persons interest in learning more about it, and that would be pretty cool! *sm*

Yes. True love doesn't exist.
Relationships are a commodity like a car or an iPod.
Everyone wants one because it's cool to have one until the newness wears off and the next best thing comes along.

Mmm...not really. I grew up in a family where nobody ever thought of divorce, my mother's friends were the definition of true love, but considering all the divorce today, maybe.

It's depressing to think about. So when I do, I just go watch The Princess Bride : )

Yes i do. Look at how many ppl are getting Divorces and what not. If there was more true love then this would not be happening as often.

for sure.
you can be with a person forever without loving them (out of interest or just because you feel alright) and you can love someone but then it all ends...
If you ever have a Jennifer Saunders - Adrian Edmondson marriage, consider yourself a very very lucky girl, because it's probably the rarest thing ever!
