If of the world’s leading scientist got together chemist, forensic scientist, geographers, criminal investigators etc., would they be able to establish a motive of a murder case that occurred 100 years ago 100% ACCURATELY? If scientists today say that even with all of our technology our knowledge of the universe is like a grain of sand at the beach, would it be possible that there might be some kind of supernatural being laying somewhere on that same beach?

Using your grain of sand as an example...
Solving a murder case, with or without technology, requires knowledge the size of a grain of sand. Solving the mysteries and complexities of the universe and everything contained within it, even as tiny as the mystery in a grain of sand, would require man to be equal in knowledge to God. Can man even create a grain of sand? No, it isn't possible for man to know what God knows.

Considering how many murders have been committed in the name of god how can you say there is any beauty in god? The old testament is packed with descriptions of murder, mass murder and even genocide. You call that beauty? And the motive for all these crimes? God told us to...
Our knowledge of the universe is may more than one grain of sand. Its more like all the grains on a whole beach. Sure there are many beaches but we are not completely ignorant. During the dark ages our knowledge of the universe was forcibly kept on the "one grain" level by the catholic church. Nothing supernatural about that. Just that science was considered a threat to the churchs authority. And religion was created, by man, to control the masses.
If god was real, if there was a supernatural being controlling everything, then questions like these would be meaningless since we all would know about it. God would make sure. After all the most fundamental desire of any sentient and intelligent being is the desire to communicate. So why isn´t god? And don´t just say "god works in mysterious ways". Why would an intelligent being work in mysterious ways? And don´t say "we are not meant to understand". We are!!! And we would. If god existed at all.
There are plenty of other beings in the universe. On other worlds. And beaches. This isn´t a fact. Just a mere speculation based on what we know about life and the universe. But those would be the products of nature as it is on their world. Thus they wouldn´t be supernatural. They might have technology that might seem supernatural to us but so would all advanced technology to less advanced people. Their technology would function in accordance with the laws of nature and thus wouldn´t be supernatural either.
There is a lot of ugliness in science. Weapons of mass destruction comes to mind but since religion was the first weapon of massdestruction conceived by humans and the trackrecord of this weapon I would say that god has some serious explaning to do. If he even exists.
Oh, and silane + oxygen -> sand. Am I a god now?

God and science are one.. who gave scientists knowledge?
However the 100 year thing threw me.. I would think it would be speculation...The witnesses, if there were any would have been long dead.. HOWEVER... upon examining Lizzy Bordens house and spraying the basement with Lumenal {sp?} they did make some fascinating discoveries... Still dont know if it was her that gave her parents 40 whacks {which by the way the childhood fairy tale song is WRONG} or someone else..

Take a deep breath and think about what you are trying to ask. This is like a train wreck of a question. And not even an objective one at that.
Edit: And Einstein was right Dr B.

I also believe God and Science are one. A perfect supreme being will always allow for discovery and still hold onto belief.
