i appreciate alll the answers , but i still dont understand , where can i find it exactly

it is your Outgoing mail server....
you will find this info by your internet provider ie (comcast.net)
or your mail provider...
usually like:
mail.yourdomain.com
or
smtp.providername.com
check the source link for more info.

SMTP means:
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.
Basically, its email. To 'find' a smtp you can use any simple email host.
