it is your Outgoing mail server....
you will find this info by your internet provider ie (comcast.net)
or your mail provider...
usually like:
mail.yourdomain.com
or
smtp.providername.com

SMTP means:
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.

Basically, its email. To 'find' a smtp you can use any simple email host.

Hotmail

private - then look to your isp
yahoo or similar, smtp.yahoo.com
