You should call your doctor immediately. If there isn't any pain I think you're ok, but you should still call your doctor for any kind of spotting or bleeding. Good luck and God bless!

Well, if you take off the cycle week you used to have, then go back to the routine cleaning and moving around, you would do better off in bed, treating it as a carotid artery risk. It also depends on the type of contraceiption that you used before you got pregnant that causes spotting, but take it very easy when your week comes up in the month. Don't use bars of soap, use liquid soap, or talcum powder before you rinse in the shower. Don't do the laundry or carry it around or you could lose that baby. Get your mother to do the housework that week, and also wear protection, such as pantyshields, etc., it's good for hygeine, too. Hope you can read this and it will clarify the position.

Well if you do/did go. I suggest you lie and say you are over 20 wks pregnant. In my ER we automatically send anything over 20 wks straight up to Land D. Anything under 20 wks stays in the ER, and I have never given tocolystics( drugs to stop labor) to someone under 20 wks. At that point they would tell you you were or are misscarry-ing(I can't spell right now). It's very sad. i saw a 16 week baby that one couple lost. it was so tiny. I suppose I should actually say fetus, but it was still a baby.

I would go to the hospital now! Bleeding is not normal at this late in pregnancy! I bled with my first pregnancy and miscarried, then with my second pregnancy I had bleeding again and everything was fine! I have O- blood so it was a very good thing that I went to the hospital because if you have the RH factor condition like I did your baby can have Rh disease if you bleed!! So no bleeding is normal and can cause harm to the baby. Good luck! Hope everything is OK!! Also my mom had bleeding with me and everything turned out OK!!

Go to the doctors. Now. I hope it is just some random spotting but it is better to be sure. I miscarried at 18 weeks, so it is possible that you could be. My thoughts are with you and if it does happen to be a miscarriage and you need to talk.......email me.
Take care

Yes you should DEFINITELY got to the ER....you should not take a change on your like or the baby's. Better safe than sorry. When it comes to something like this and you are unsure, do NOT be afraid to call your doctor or if its after their office hours go to the ER!

Yes you could miscarry at 19 weeks. Goto the hospital, and go NOW! There is no time to waste when it comes to the life of your baby, and your health too!

I know by now you know what's going on, but let me just say you will KNOW when you pass the mucus plug. It's not pink, dark or anything like blood. It's green, grey and a little creamy colored. Thick as all heck too. Gross.
