200 R transmissions are not very good...had lots of problems handling the torque of a V-8 but a little better with V-6 or 4 cylinder cars.
Better off swapping to TH350 if you can ---rebuilt 200 runs around 300.00-400.00 or less plus labor to install, maybe 800-.00 to 900.00 or so total.

Is this just the cost of the transmission or do you want installation included? Call around and check on the web for transmission rebuilders. I would gess around $2,000 just for the transmission with exchange.
