Well I rented 2 Xbox360 games and 2 Gamecube games. The 360 games were Gears Of War and Spider-Man 3. The gamecube games were X-Men Legends 2 and Ultimate Spider-Man. X-Men legends doesn't work, and it says Disc Error. If I were to go tell Blockbuster, would they just take the game and my money would be lost, or would I get to rent another game?

It happen to me when I rented a gamecube game. Tell them the game have a defect and they will let you rent another game free of charge or they will credit your account for the game. :)

If you tell them it doesn't work they'll probably try it out later, but they will give you your money back, or you can rent another game.
