According to July 2006 estimates, about 3% of the country was Christian. At the start of the war, there was a substantial Christian minority in Baghdad but they have been leaving since the violence. Here's a new story on their plight:

They are primarily Armenian Orthodox and Assyrians/Chaldeans.

I've met the patriarch of the Chaldean church and attended two funerals in one of the orthodox churches in Baghdad. I've also met members of a Iraqi Catholic charity group in Baghdad.

Iraq itself is 97% Muslim and 3% Christian or other.

As for the city itself I think it would be hard to say with all the moving around and fleeing the people are doing over there. And, if you are counting American soldiers, the numbers would be different.
