I got a male eevee but I wanted to get eggs does anyone know if there is a way to get eevee eggs with out useing another female eevee

First get your Eevee to evolve. Then you can either catch a Ditto on Route 218 with the Poke Radar or import one from a previous game such as Fire Red, Leaf Green, or Emerald. You have a 22% of finding a Ditto in the wild if I were you I think you should import a Ditto from a previous game.
Affter you get a Ditto put your Evolved Eevee in the Day Care with the Ditto. Wait about 5 minuets and there should be an egg. It takes about 9,200 steps to hatch an Eevee egg.

Use the pokeradar in route 218 until you get a ditto, then breed eevee with ditto.
