isometric just means same measure. I have never heard this term used this way, but I suppose the isometric triangle would be the regular or equilateral triangle.
For a quadrilateral, it can be isoangular or isolateral but if it is both it has to be a square...

again, I don't think this is very common usage..

I think you have your terms mixed up.
Perhaps you meant isosceles triangle?
That means two sides are the same length.
Anther kind of triangle is the equilateral.
That means all 3 sides are the same length.
Quadrilateral mean a four-sided figure;
like a square, rectangle, or parallelogram.
