His title would be Prince Consort.
Prince Consort is the title of a monarch's male spouse (this is Prince Philip's Royal title). The title of a monarch's female spouse is Queen. If there were to be a lesbian Queen the title of Queen could not be used a second time for her spouse, so she would most likely be referred to as Princess Consort.

Never happened. while there were Gay Kings in the past they were duty bound to marry a woman so that there would be heirs to the throne. That was first and paramount.
