My nephews all have a knack for drawing intricate and finely detailed pictures. In fact, two of them will be attending college for this upon graduating from high school.
They live in Michigan about 40 miles north of Detroit.

Well, if you are still looking, I am a professional illustrator. I am currently re- designing my website but I have some artwork up on there. You can have a look and e-mail me if you like it.
I only uploaded fantasy artwork so far but I can do a wide range of illustrations.

I am a painter and I draw too. I have a few examples on myspace, www.myspace.com/pupapie. What I have is a little dark, but I could translate it into something suitable for children- if the style is appropriate for your story.

I advise that the identify would be in filipino language or in what dialect is used in that barrio you grew up. and upload a caption that translate it in english. occasion: T I T L E (translation) no longer a bad thought huh? :)
