Since triangles and squares are two dimensional polygons, they do not have volumes.
The perimeter of a square is the sum of its sides. All sides of a square are equal. If s represents the side of a square, then:
4s = Perimeter of a square.
The perimeter of a triangle is the sum of its sides. Since a triangle has three sides, the perimeter of a triangle is the sum of sides a, b, and c. So:
a + b + c = Perimeter of a triangle.

Squares and triangles don't have volume - they are only 2-dimensional.
To find the perimeter of a shape, add the lengths of all sides together.

For the perimeter, just adds up the three sides of the triangle and the four sides of the square. Squares and triangles do not have volumes

To find the perimeter of a square and triangle, add up all sides to get your answer.
To find the volume of each, you must use the following formulas:
You can use the rectangular prism formula to find volume, which is lwh, or so side^3 to get your answer
There is no formula for finding volume of a triangle, because there isn't one. But there are triangular solids, or pyramids, that you can find the volume of.
The volume for a regular pyramid is 1/3bh^3
Hope this helps.

firstly i suggest you check your spelling. Neither a square nor a triangle has a volume since they are two dimensional shapes. TO find the area of a squAre , multiply the length of one side by itself. To find the area of a triangle, musltiply the length of the base by the perpendicular height. Alternatively use the formula A= 0.5 ab sinC

To find the perimeters , just add up the lengths of the sides .
Triangles and squares do not have volumes.
The area of a triangle is base times height divided by 2
The area of a square is side times side.

Square:
Perimeter = (one side length x 4)
Volume = none in a square...but area = (side length x side length)
Triangle:
Perimeter = add all 3 side lengths
Volume = again none...but area = (base x height) (height is the vertical height...that makes a 90degree angle with the base)
P.S. there can only be volume in 3D shapes...cubes, cylinders, pyramids...etc.

Let x be the side
4x = perimeter
x² = area
Triangle
a + b + c = perimeter, where a, b, and c, are the sides
½ base * altitude = area
