Here's a list of stress-relievers for me: (1) Listening to very loud very obnoxious heavy metal music, (2) Going into the basement and beating the $h!t out of the punching bag I have mounted down there, (3) Playing X-Box -- usually a driving game like "Burnout" or a first-person shooter like "Max Payne," (4) Taking my wife into the bedroom and the phone off the hook.

Call my boyfriend or bff, because both of them are crazy, hyper, questionably ADHD . . . they can take my mind off any troubles, and cheer me up immensely so that when I turn back the troubles, I can face them with a grin. Books just don't work for me. Don't get me wrong - I love to read, but when I find a good book, you can't get me to stop. There should be an award - "Got Kiran out of Reading her New Book, Without her Resenting me for the Rest of the Day."

During the summer, I ususally don't have ANY stress because there's nothing that I 'have to do' or 'need to get finished.' Summer is laid back and easy!

During the school year, however. I LOVE going to gymnastics after school and pounding out my energy in tumbling, vault, beam, or bars! It gets the endorphins flowing and I'm usually never stressed or upset during gymnastics. It takes my mind off of the day!

To relax I shut everything off in the house like extra lights and the tv, then put on some music and sip on some Pinot Grigio.

Some mindless tidying or washing follwed by a beer & talking to friends online on MSN or by email then a bit of TV if there is anything appealing on - or (more usual) a really good book!
Oh - and sex helps too!

I usually do yoga and also meditate it really relaxes me,and helps me forget about stress for grades in school.Hope I've helped!

Go online to yahoo answers and have a giggle with some of the crazy answers.There is some fab people out there with great sense of humours.
