Between the two choices, I'd have to go with Pizza Hut. Papa Johns always gives me a case of the runs. Given my choice of any major pizza place I'd always go with Little Caesars.

When I eat in a Pizza Hut the pizza is so good, but when I get it delivered it is soggy and gross. So overall I would have to say Papa Johns, I love the spicy peppers and the GArlic Sauce they give you.
