I flung a shovel full of dirt in a kid's face when I was about 12 just because he didn't like me. I regretted it right away and never did anything like that ever again. It was really mean and I was being a total brat.

Fascinating you asked this it this time. Just the other day, I saw a balloon with "You'll be missed" on it, & I remembered something I'd long forgotten. I have my own birthday party every year, (no gifts, lots of food), & absolutely everyone comes every year. A very good friend who lived just next door had said something VERY insensitive when I was having a bad time. For the first time, I didn't invite HIM, & I got the same balloon & hung it on my door where he'd have to pass.
Without exception, all but one called that they couldn't make it--doctor on call, flu, quite sincere. Just one person came, & she almost didn't because her hot water heater had busted! Just the two of us with mountains of food. Yes, I regretted it--sort of--even though for once in my life, I really needed someone when the "nasty" thing was said. I think I may have over-reacted, & I'd never been "vengeful" before. That's the only "mean" thing I can remember.

I'm not very mean spirited. I have a lot of mouth on me but that's about it. If anything, I had the same issue with a cousin that Haroula had and I got into a fight with him. And, no, I don't regret it. Somehow, it made us closer.

Regret it not one bit they had it coming.
and as for the deed that was handed down
I left a woman I was seeing, um "tied up" after a night of fun and went to get something to eat, then came back about a hour or so later and untied her.

My senior year in high school...my best friend was dating this guy and he was insane about her....well, it was April 1st...yeah, April Fool's Day....so she wanted me to pull a prank on him. I called him...crying like a baby...just bawling...and told him that she had been in a wreck and we didn't know if she was going to be okay. Well, he hangs up before I can say "April Fools!" I called him right back and his mom answers. He was heading for the car and crying already. I begged her to stop him. He comes back to the phone and she (my friend who put me up to this in the first place) and I both say it..."APRIL FOOLS!" His mom comes on the phone and she just gives us hell. Apparently, he had told her why he was leaving and the entire family was crying and upset. It was horrible. I went over to apologize and we felt like idiots. I will NEVER do that again.

Many years ago, when my sister and I where in the 10th grade, we would spray perfume and deodorant on this guy. We called him Stinky. Our friends and us went in together and bought him some cleaning things (soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, and the such). It was very childish and mean. I am sure we hurt his feelings a lot. I wouldn't do it again, if I could go back and change it......

I pushed my neighbor down the stairs when I was five. I don't regret it. He was horrible and deserved it.
