I believe it, it's just hard to follow my own advice.

I have never heard the expression, pop psych, before.
Dr Phil I have never heard of and Oprah I have seen a couple of times.
I'm not sure that my advice is ever "Inspirational", however it is given with the best of intentions and sometimes I have even received a "Thank you", which was appreciated.

I actually do believe in what I tell people. I would never tell someone something that I "thought" they wanted to hear. That defeats the purpose of them seeking out advice from others.

I tend not to give inspirational advice, unless you consider "Get a job with medical benefits" inspirational.

I only answer serious questions in an honest way that will probably go against a few answers already given.

yes i believe the advice i give to other people. though i believe the advice i would never actually implement it myself because i'm to wimpy. i believe it is good, true advice, just not any i myself would take.

If I didn't "live it" I wouldn't "give it". I'm not sure it's all that inspirational though.
